where the general details of the applicant are shown

Four (4) passport-sized photos

Original passport, which must be
valid for at least six more months

Marriage Certificate

Certification of the full names of the Applicant's parents

Birth Certificate of the Panamanian
Spouse, issued by the Panamanian Civil Registry

Photocopy of the current
cédula
of the Panamanian Spouse, duly authenticated by the
Civil Registry

Letter from the Panamanian Spouse,
accepting economic responsibility for the foreign spouse

Proof of
the Economic Solvency of the Panamanian Spouse:

Reference from the current employer, with the Social Security Receipt;

Tax Returns with the corresponding
receipts of payment of taxes (if photocopies are presented, these must be
duly authenticated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance). |
