Requirements to Qualify as a Self-Employed Professional: 

Temporarily on hold - unfortunately, the Ministry of Labour and Immigration Department have some details to work out and this visa has been temporarily suspended until further notice. 

The requirements for this are very sketchy as provided by the immigration department, but include: 

1. University Degree (certified copy, duly Apostilled or otherwise authenticated);
2. License to Practice (duly authenticated);
3. Curriculum Vitae, with attached copies of the diplomas, post-graduate or course work, and proof of labour experience in the field of expertise. 

It is recommended to clients that they fax our office the copies of the diplomas or documents which they have, so that we can check with the Immigration Department whether these documents suffice or not before they arrive in Panama.
