Panamanian Government Ministries and Independent BodiesPanama Tramita - www.panamatramita.gob.pa - an excellent new Government website, for how to present and process applications before diverse government departments. In Spanish only (unfortunately), but a clear step in the direction towards e-applications. IPAT - Panama Tourism Institute - provides a map of Panama City, identifying hotels and car rentals, as well as other information of interest to visitors.
