Economist - Preparation of Cash Flow Statements for Projects

One of the many requirements that clients must fulfil in order to present an application to IPAT for registration of their project (Registro Nacional de Turismo), is a Cash Flow Projection, which must be prepared and signed off by a certified Economist. This requirement has caused us some grief in the past, as it has not been easy to find a well-qualified, fully bilingual economist (who does not charge through the roof for their services).

One of our clients recommended the following gentleman to us: Alberto Eduardo Argote Saldaña.

We have not actually asked him to do any work for us yet, so I am unable to say how well (or not) he works. However, here is some background information about him, which he provided to us:
