Panama Corporation - Incorporation Fees & Costs
The following apply for Corporations with a standard authorised capital of
$10,000.00, which will not be used to do business in Panama and which do not
have any Panamanian-source income. If you wish to have a higher capital, please inquire
regarding the incorporation costs. If you want to establish a company
to do business in Panama, then please review the
fees for local business
corporations.
NOTICE:
As of July 1, 2010 our sales tax (ITBMS) has increased to 7% and applies to all
services offered by law firms, and will be charged accordingly to clients.
