Fees & Costs for the Micro* Investor Visa:
Our fees have been established, taking into account the rules established in
the
Panama Law Society Rates of Minimum Professional Fees for Lawyers.
*$40,000.00 - $150,000.00 invested in a working company

We anticipate that for a couple, the total cost is around $2,400.00, including the fees
& expenses.
Please note that the out-of-pocket expenses are based on the assumption that
the client will obtain all authenticated documents in their country of origin,
and that we will not be required to send courier packages or documents to the
Panamanian Consulate of that country. If we are required to send documents
back to that country of origin, please note that the following additional
charges will be incurred:

Depending on the consulate, the prices for authentication
vary. The authentication may be anywhere from $30.00 per document up
to $100.00 per document. Where possible, we would try to use
Apostille, if it is less expensive. |

Please also note: this fee estimate does NOT include fees and costs of
obtaining the business documentation required in
Setting up a Business in
Panama. These are all charged for separately.
