NOTICE:
As of July 1, 2010 our sales tax (ITBMS) has increased to 7% and applies to all
services offered by law firms, and will be charged accordingly to clients.
Our fees have been established, taking into account the rules established in
the
Panama Law Society Rates of Minimum Professional Fees for Lawyers.

Because of the Repatriation Deposits, we anticipate that for a couple, the total cost is around $4,200.00, including the fees
& expenses.
** Please note that the above fees do not take into account
applications that may need to be made before government offices to get the
appropriate licenses or certifications confirming that you have the requisite
licenses, in order to apply to the Immigration Department. These fees are
charged separately.
Please note that the out-of-pocket expenses are based on the assumption that
the client will obtain all authenticated documents in their country of origin,
and that we will not be required to send courier packages or documents to the
Panamanian Consulate of that country. If we are required to send documents
back to that country of origin, please note that the following additional
charges will be incurred:

Depending on the consulate, the prices for authentication
vary. The authentication may be anywhere from $30.00 per document up
to $100.00 per document. Where possible, we would try to use
